"Great product and great value. I would recommend to those who need additional fiber in their dailey diet. I only take 6 capsules per day, and this works just fine for me. Doesn't cramp the stomach or cause loose stools."

"I use this product daily for regularity. It helps tremendously! Even though I am on a low fat high fiber diet, there are still days when I experience a bit of irregularity. I usually take six before bedtime, and by mid morning, everything is "right as rain"! Highly recommended!"

"I was having constipation issues for a very long time due to pain killers and bowel constriction. Not wanting to become dependent on laxatives, I started taking this product 2x/day and it worked! Easy to swallow, natural roughage, started working within a day. I really feel good and have continued to use it as it has made me regular. I would strongly suggest this solution over laxatives."
