3 1/2 cups College Inn® Organic Chicken Broth
1 can (14.5 oz. each) Del Monte® Organic Diced Tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 cups cooked turkey, diced
1 1/2 cups crushed baked tortilla chips
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Combine tomatoes with juice, broth, onion, garlic and cumin in large pot; simmer 10 min. Add turkey. Simmer 3-5 min. Top individual servings with tortilla chips, cilantro and cheese.
