Preparation facts

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut up, skin removed

1 cup R.W. Knudsen Family Orange Mango Juice

1/4 cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated orange peel

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp thyme leaves

1/2 tsp rosemary

1/2 tsp pepper

2 Tbs vinegar

1 Tbs honey

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

To prepare marinade, mix in a bowl R.W. Knudsen Orange Mango Juice with all other ingredients except the chicken.

Place chicken in close fitting bowl or pan.

Poor marinade over chicken.

Cover and refrigerate for one hour, turning chicken several times.

Lift chicken from marinade and drain briefly.

Arrange chicken on a lightly greased grill four to six inches above a solid bed of medium coals.

Cook for 35 to 45 minutes, turning and basting frequently with marinade, until meat near the bone is no longer pink.
