"after using whey proteins for years, i became sensitive to all dairy proteins, so i had to try something else. endet up with egg white protein, and this seems to be one of the best so far. nice taste, and easily digestible. price is rather high, but i guess that's with all quality egg proteins. i also like that it doesn't have any artificial sweeteners (only stevia). the added digestive enzymes also help."

"Best protein source is egg. Read the nutritional ingredients and the comparison.
Soy is a problem due to the natural estrogen that I don't need and Whey is a problem becasue milk has a protein that is not good for me- Caesean.
Egg is better metabolized."

"I love this protein powder. I make a green smoothie everyday with spinach (or other greens), fruit, soy yogurt, water and this powder. I have also drank it with plain unsweetened soy milk. Either way it is great and I like the sublte vanilla flavor. I am much stronger and healthier since adding this to my diet. Best egg protein powder on the market."

"Sorry - this had to be one of the worst tasting products I've ever taken. I tried two servings and could not finish either one. I had high hopes based on the ingredients, but could not get past the awful taste. Wound up returning the product."

Stir approximately 3/4 scoop into 6-8 oz of water, low fat milk, or juice. Use one or two times daily between meals or after workouts to add extra protein to your diet and to support muscle repair and growth. You can also add 100% egg protein to oatmeal, pancakes, muffins, shakes and more.

Protein Shake Recipes

(For best results use an electric blender)
