Take 20-40 drops in water three to five times a day. 

Acute use:  Take 20-40 drops in water every hour until relief, then resume normal use.

 

Ingredients: Fresh stinging nettle herb, chinese licorice root, eyebright herb, horehound herb, osha root, fresh horsetail herb, fresh mullein leaf, elecampane root, fresh plantain leaf, extracted with 60% grain alcohol, distilled water and vegetable glycenne.
