"As someone who has tried every other sleep aid available, both pharmaceutical, OTC, and nutraceutical, I can say with some conviction this is one of the best products available. Way fewer side effects than other remedies, too. It doesn't get me all the way thru the night, but I just take another softgel when I wake up, and I'm back out like a light."

"Tbis was recommended to me recently as a possible solution to problems related to difficulty sleeping, dry skin, inabilty to concentract and other post menopause syptoms. I was skeptical but desperate. I reserached the ingredients and then ordered it. What a difference. I am on my second bottle and plan to use this for 6 months GIve itg a try"
