Himalayan Institute Chyawanprash Formula Directions

1 to 2 teaspoons once or twice daily on an empty stomach ideally followed by either hot water or boiled milk. Consider age, size, constitution and personal preference when choosing dosage. Can also be used as a spread on bread or crackers.
