Essential Oils & Xylitol to Soothe and Moisturize
This formula contains soothing herbal extracts, essential oils, and Xylitol to cool, decongest, and invigorate. It helps to nourish and moisturize nasal passages and provides anti-microbial properties to support the health of your sinuses. Aromatic Zinc-Free Neti Wash Plus® contains 5 herbal extracts, essential oils of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, and Menthol and other ingredients that mildly cleanse and soothe the sinuses. It also contains Xylitol which research has shown to inhibit the growth of certain types of bacteria.
Ingredients: Chinese phellodendron bark (phellodendron amurense), goldenseal root (ydratis canadensis), barberry root bark (berberis vulgaris), chinese coptis root (coptis chinesis), xylitol (derived from birch bark), peppermint oil (mentha piperita), eucalyptus oil (eucalyptus globulus), menthol (mentha spp.), grapefruit seed extract, vegetable glycerin, polysorbate 20 (derived from coconut oil), in a base of distilled water.

Himalayan Institute Neti Wash Plus® Aromatic Zinc Free Directions
Shake well before use. Fill your Neti Pot™ with warm water and a level 1/4 teaspoon of pure, non-iodized Neti Pot™ Salt. Stir until salt is dissolved. Add 1/2 dropperful to the prepared solution. Increase or decrease the amount based upon your personal preference. Shake to ensure even distribution of the oils. Perform the nasal wash as directed in your Neti Pot™ instructions.
