"I ordered 2 tubes, the merlot and another. One arrived broken and Vitacost replaced it. Both broke within the first 2 times I used it. I wrote Honeybee Gardens and they were very untouched, to say the least. This lipstick is just too hard to use--you can only roll out about 1/4 inch or you're in danger of breaking it. The color looks good and is true, and if you can only use it a couple of times before throwing it away, it's a waste of money. Also, it's very dry. Nothing creamy about it. I've moved on from this lipstick. Have to find a new one that's healthy, but also a good product. Any suggestions?"

"I like the smooth feel of this lipstick with the natural ingredients. It is best not to let the lipstick come up too high when opening it or it could break off because it is soft. The color is good; nuetral for me because I wear a lot of purple & burgandy. The price is also very reasonable with vitacost."
