Not a Good Hairspray

"It's thick and sticky with a continuously clogged pump that makes it impossible (literally) to use. It kind of works when you can get it out. I thought it might be the bottle, which clogged right away. But when I transferred it to a different bottle, the same thing happened. I don't like the way it makes my hair feel when I CAN get it out. Also, a bit of a strange smell, but obviously not a big deal since I can't and don't want to use it. Was worth a try though as it has more natural ingredients than most hairsprays do."

"Wow, this smells. Strongly. A lot. For a long time. Every time you move, you smell it. It's a nice smell, if were to fade - but it doesn't. Ever. It does hold really well, almost too well - pretty stiff. I never dreamt there would be parabens - a small amount, but still. Lesson learned, always check ingredients before purchase - don't trust the natural aspect."

"I love this hairspray, no animal products and it does what it is intended to do. You can brush your hair later, or next day and there is never any sticky build up or dry white flakes from it, it is perfect. It does have a slight baby powder scent, that I don't like, but it goes away once it dries in a few minutes and then is not noticeable at all."

"My hair is highlighted and I am 51 with a few health issues. Over the years my hair had become coarse. My hairdresser suggested a non drying hair spray and just with the one change of using this hairspray, my hair was soo much more normal in 2 weeks. I will never use hairspray with plain alcohol again (some alcohols are OK - do research). Also the price at Vitacost can't be beat. It does take a little longer to dry on your hair due to the lack of alcohol. Just wait an extra 2 minutes."

"This is not only natural without toxins or chemicals, but it works better than my other hairsprays, like Garnier. You don't sacrifice quality just for natural ingredients with this product. I am never buying another brand again."
