"I have been using Hugo Naturals Lemon Verbena and loving it. This seemed like the best replacement since that was discontinued. But no.

The product seperates and has to be remixed to get any lather at all. Even then it's thin and runny and it takes a double handful to wash my hair. The bottle is smaller than it used to be and is already half gone after two weeks. I will be finding a different brand of natural shampoo in the future."

"I've used Hugo Naturals shampoo in the past and enjoyed the results because it's so gentle on the hair - it doesn't strip the hair shaft and scalp, causing hair to dry out. I like that these shampoos don't do that. This was my first time using the lavender tea tree one and I thought the smell was very nice, fresh and clean, and true to what it should smell like. My only complaint is that the formula seems slightly different since they changed the package design - different in that it's now very runny/watery. I keep loosing a lot of it from it just running off my hand before I can lift my hand to my head. I don't know if it's because of changes the company has made or if it's unique to the lavender tea tree one. The orange vanilla I used (in the older packaging) was far more viscous - similar to the consistency of most shampoos. I'll still use this stuff because I like the results... but wish it wasn't so terribly runny."
