Too much water...

"I was so excited to try this product. I like the Hugo lotion in this scent and thought this would be great for summer. I was so disappointed in this product. It's bascially just water. The scent is so faint and I felt wet after spraying it.. not refreshed. I can mix my own water with a couple drops of essential oils at home for a fraction of the cost. I guess I just expected more than this could deliver."
