"I love my arnica and so do my horses. Before and /or after a ride, barn chores, pains,strains. Best way is to take it before any heavy physical work so I don't get sore. I love homeopathic remedies."

"I have upper back stiffness occasionally and I use this product along with the gel. They work very well together and I would, and have, recommended them both to friends and family for minor pain and/or discomfort. However, my friend had a major injury to his back and the arnica has not helped at all. Again, it is very effective for minor issues like sore muscles due to working out a lot/yoga, etc."
