"I tried this at the recommended dosage a few different times and it did nothing for me. I have tried another brand of arnica montana that has worked better but it was of a different potency (I think it was 6C) so I wouldn't necessarily say that arnica montana doesn't work. This product may work for others but it did not work for me."

"When I was recovering from surgery I took Arnica Montana along with Bromelain 3 x each day and I swear it is the reason for my easier time, no bruising, swelling was minimal. I think it will also be useful post work out for recovery so I plan to continue to use."

i tried this as well as the boiron arnicare gel. this did not work for me. although i must note that i probably took two tablets and subsequently two more, rather than the indicated four and four. i kept the boiron gel instead. take a moment, if you will, to read my review of the latter.

"Our daughter recommended this product for pain/headaches, which we rarely experience. Arnica is great as a cream for muscle soreness and bruising, so we bought it more for that."
