"I use this product to help me relax when I am unable to relax and sleep at night. It is wonderful. It causes the muscles to relax and just generally ease out tension. Sometimes it takes a couple of doses, but it works.
And it melts super quick under the tongue and has a passable taste. Not unpleasant at all."
