"I hate to give these such a low rating because I may be the exception. I typically have very severe cramps one day out of the month. I took these to try, and they didn't help at all."

"I have very painful cramps, and I've always relied on Pamprin. Now that I'm getting close to menopause, in addition to the really bad cramps, I have less severe cramps that last throughout my period. I can function, but I still feel like someone just slugged me in the gut. Pamprin doesn't always help with those. This product did. It also relieved the early, first-day cramps I get before my flow starts. I may not be able to completely give up Pamprin, but I will continue to use this product. (Pamprin makes me a little drowsy, and I'd like to avoid that.)"

Hyland's Menstrual Cramps Directions

Adults: Dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue every 4 hours or as needed.

Ingredients: MAGNESIA PHOPHORICA 12X, HPUS; COLOCYNTHIS 12X, HPUS; CIMICIFUGA RACEMOSA 12X, HPUS; PULSATILLA 6X, HPUS IN A BASE OF LACTOSE, USP.
