"Great product if you want to gain weight, but, if you want a six pack or maintain your slim waist, then this one is a no-no. The high calories are great for putting on the pounds and the price is excellent."

"Glutamine supplementation is crucial to recovery and I find this product get its job done for me. After a brutal leg workouts I recover in about 3-4 days while my buddies are still limping for a week. Tasteless, add it to your protein shake juice or whatever. Cant beat the value, 5 stars"
