Kid Friendly Soup

"My 11 year old is on a very limited diet (gluten free, dairy free, Feingold) and so we don't find a ton of convenience foods. This soup has become her favorite lunch and snack. I heat it up in the morning and put it in her thermos and she loves it. I also used it at Thanksgiving to make green been casserole and everybody loved it."
