Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults take amount indicated below, according to body weight, three times a day. For best results Inholtra Premium Lubri-Joint should be taken at least 30 minutes before meals.
Up to 150 lbs.: 1 Liquid Gel Cap
150 to 200 lbs: 2 Liquid Gel Caps
Over 200 lbs.: 3 Liquid Gel Caps
If no noticeable improvement occurs within two weeks after starting Inholtra Premium Lubri-Joint, add one additional capsule to the above amount. For example, for the 150-200 lb. weight range, take 3 Quicksorb GelsT three times a day.
