"It tastes pretty bad. I love their Vanilla and Cookies and Cream Flavors. This is a great product for the price. I especially love that it has no aspartame, sucralose, corn syrup, or refined sugar. I would never buy the Banana Cream product again, but I will continue to purchase other flavors."

"Iron-Tek produces a great protein product. It smells good, mixes well in water, contains no artificial sweeteners, and has micellar casein.

I would've given this 5 stars except for the taste. I like bananas, but this has a strange taste that doesn't sit well with my stomach. The Iron-Tek Cookies and Cream and Wild Strawberry are much better tasting."

Iron-Tek Essential Natural Protein Banana Cream Directions

Recommended Use: Iron-Tek® Essential Natural 100% Protein is designed to be taken two (2) to three (3) times daily. Iron-Tek® Essential Natural 100% Protein is especially beneficial when taken immediately after a workout. Iron-Tek® Essential Natural 100% Protein can be taken by adults to supplement dietary protein as needed.

Directions For Use: Using scoop provided, add one (1) scoop (29 g) (1 oz.) to one (1) cup (6-8 fl. oz.) (178-237 mL) or more of either cold water or your favorite cold beverage. Stir briskly until dissolved for a tasty banana protein shake. For a creamier shake, use a blender and add ice. You may also try adding your favorite fruit.
