Warning! Formula Change!,

"This used to be our favorite protein. Key words are "used to," as Iron-Tek/Country Life saw fit to change their formula, using cheaper protein that has many more carbs than before. 9 carbs (7 of them sugar!) is WAY TOO MUCH for a protein powder! Flavor is not nearly what it used to be either. Therefore, this product now rates ONE star from this formerly loyal customer."

"My wife and I have used this product for a number of years as our "breakfast" shake. It gives us a great protein shot and also the satisfied feeling of being "full". Often we miss lunch because we are not hungry. Keeps the weight off for us."

Iron-Tek Essential Natural Protein Chocolate Fudge Directions

Adults, using scoop provided, add one (1) scoop (37.5 g) (1.32 oz) to one (1) cup (6-8 fl oz) (178-237 mL) or more of either cold water or your favorite cold beverage. Stir briskly until dissolved for a tasty chocolate protein supplement. For a creamier texture, use a blender and add ice. You may also try adding your favorite fruit. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.

Iron-Tek® Essential Natural High Protein is designed to be taken two (2) to three (3) times daily.
