"Definitely one of the best protein products I have tried. I would highly recommend. You can feel it work immediately if you are using it after a work out! Does not have the typical chemical taste you get with most other brands. My fav is cookies and cream, although I occasionally use other flavors too."

"I really like this product. I use it as a meal supplement or replacement when I don't have enough time to eat. I drink it in the morning and it holds me until lunch. It's packed with vitamins, minerals, and protein and is a great powder to take after working out. I recommended to anyone."

"Iron-Tek produces a great protein product. It smells good, mixes well in water, contains no artificial sweeteners, and has micellar casein. Tastes as good if not better than the Iron-Tek Cookies and Cream."

Iron-Tek Essential Natural Protein Wild Strawberry Directions

Recommended Use: Iron-Tek® Essential Natural 100% Protein is designed to be taken two (2) to three (3) times daily. Iron-Tek® Essential Natural 100% Protein is especially beneficial when taken immediately after a workout. Iron-Tek® Essential Natural 100% Protein can be taken by adults to supplement dietary protein as needed.

Directions For Use: Using scoop provided, add one (1) scoop (29 g) (1 oz.) to one (1) cup (6-8 fl. oz.) (178-237 mL) or more of either cold water or your favorite cold beverage.
