"This seems to provide a complete set of essential aminos in liquid form (liquid being the only way the effectiveness is preserved and useable). Does not have additives or preservatives and has an excellent (short) ingredient list. Taste is reasonable (slightly medicinal but more than tolerable as it is or can be mixed with juice).

A very useful dietary supplement that also will promote muscle development. Much better and more effective than protein powders or pills."
