"I have used a lot of glucosamine products. This is the best by far. It doesn't upset my stomach, and I take it everyday. You can take up to six a day. I take 2 - 4 depending on how I feel. I have recommended this to several people."

"I really like this product, seems like the one that has worked the best for me. I have knee issues, and take two a day. I would recommend the dosage that is listed on the bottle when you first start, then adjust. I can tell a difference if I forget to take it for a couple of days. I like all the Irwin Naturals I have taken."

"the joint formula speaks for itself. the addition of b 12 in the formula sets it apart from the others in this league. my husband was working with two similar formulas. when he had to quit this one (ran out) he knew the difference. This is his best bet; pain relief and general sense of well being make the grade."

"I could tell a difference after just a few days of taking this product. After I finished the bottle, I decided to wait and see if I could tell a difference by not taking it and my joints started hurting again so I have ordered more.

The bottle is only has 90 softgels and at 6/day, it only last 15 days. At $17/bottle, that is expensive in my book. I am going to try only taking 3/day this time and see if I get the same results."
