"I have super-thick (coarse, lots of it) curly/wavy hair, and this stuff is wonderful! I use it 2-3 times/week and follow up with an Apple Cider Vinegar rinse once a week or so. My hair is curly, shiny and healthy!
Another reviewer mentioned stiff hair after trying this. If you've been using traditional shampoo or even some of the natural ones with cones/sulfates/etc, your hair needs to go through a "detox" period. I think this is where the build-up begins to disappear. After a week or two, your hair should be back to its natural glorious self (and probably even better, since it will be naturally healthy and not coated to look healthy).
