It's a good product for reduce cholesterol

Soft, smooth skin
I take one capsule in the morning, one in the evening. I notice a remarkable difference in my skin tone and smoothness within a few days. I also notice the change if I stop taking this product...not so good! I love it!

Alkaloids
Jarrows Borage GLA 240 does not certify that it does not contain pyrrolizodine alkaloids, common in oil derived from borage seeds. This borage formula has caused terrible indigestion and slight dizziness, both side effects of the alkaloids mentioned above.

Recommended
Seems to be a great source of the essential fatty acid GLA. Most Americans can not convert other fgats into GLA because of their consumption of trans fats.
