"Absolutely undrinkable. Taste is horrible. When poured down the sink I could hardly get enough water to wash it down-that's how thick it was! Cost me almost as much to send it back as I paid for it."

"This has a mild citrus flavor that I liked pretty well. Occasionally all fiber products fail to work for me, for reasons unknown. I know that I have to be careful to drink enough water after taking the product. And mixing in some extra ground flax seed helps. This product worked most of the time. I'm re-ordering more."

Stir 2 tablespoons vigorously into a full glass of water or juice until dispersed completely. If allowed to stand, the drink mix will thicken. Drink with plenty of water.
