Helps Sugar Cravings

"I was told to take Glutamine 3x per day for sugar cravings, on an empty stomach. It seems to take the edge off the cravings, no longer a constant obsession. Today is my 7th day without sugar. I am also lifting small weights and seeing good muscle development. I have been happy with all Jarrow products that I've tried."
