"Honestly, I don't know that taking MSM has made any difference. I have been taking it for several years hoping to cover all my bases. According to Dr. Weil there is no concrete evidence that taking MSM actually does anything. I am almost finished with the bottle I am using now, and probably will not continue taking MSM. I did notice a difference in pain and movement, but I do believe that is a result of starting Zyflamend; now that product is amazing."
