"Guidelines on product's container clarify how much to use in 24 hrs. That info's helped me, being somewhat sensitive to naturally occurring ingredients.
Flavor's a bit bland so has various uses. My preference is in milk - adding vanilla, a little honey - put into a jar w/lid then shaking until blended. I especially like that it's me flavoring it, sweetening it, so I actually know what's in it."

"I have tried many unflavored protein powders and this is my favorite. It dissolved well in any liguid, doesn't leave floating surprises, and doesn't seem gritty when swallowed.
