"This product is great and it is pure for anyone with allergies or perfume sensitivities. You can use it to cook, for your skin or your hair (although I would not use the same jar for cooking and skin care). If you have a problem with excess dry skin a little of this after a shower relieves itchiness, and is not as greasy as one would expect. I use it to massage into my hair and scalp, which makes my hair shiny. I leave it overnight then wash it in the morning. I saw this same product at a health food store for 3 times the price! Will purchase again."

"I love how I feel so clean and refreshed after using this in the shower. Not only do I feel clean, but I feel cooled off after a hot day. I love the tingle! It works great when you have fever too, it opens up the pores and cools your body down. My skin doesn't dry out with this soap, even when I skip the lotion. Love this stuff. A little goes a long way too, lots of sudsy bubbles."

"I take 1 capsule every morning before I get out of bed. You should take it on an empty stomach,and it doesn't need refrigeration as many probiotics do. It keeps me regular, and I especially need that when I am traveling."
