BCAAs are important as a metabolic fuel for muscle and other tissues by their involvement in the alanine cycle (a process of energy production from BCAAs). BCAAs have been known to enhance performance in moderate as well as intense exercise by improving endurance. Each scoop (26 grams) of Whey Protein provides a total of 4.3 grams of BCAAs. No other source of protein provides as much BCAAs as whey. Incredible value, but slight aftertaste,

"This protein powder is a very good quality non hydrolized whey protein, however I am not satisfied with the overall taste. For the price and the quantity, it is an amazing deal, and I will continue to use up what I have purchased. However, there is a slight aftertaste so I am going to try the True Whey after I've used up this product."

taste great, but clumps,

"This is great tasting protein, but clumps together, not disolving quickly like many do when i put it in the shaker cup. Therefore, it sticks to back of teeth while i'm trying to 'eat' the clumps. I'll probably not order this product again. It would be great if you are using a blender, however."
