After flossing, wet a soft bristle toothbrush, and apply a pea sized amount of toothpaste to the tip. Brush in gentle, circular motions for two minutes, at least twice a day to thoroughly clean all tooth surfaces. Freshen your mouth and remove extraneous food particles by brushing your tongue using back-to-front sweeping motion. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with PowerSmile Cinnamon Mint Mouthwash to help reduce germs that cause bad breath and to clean the places where your toothbrush cannot reach.
