"Very tasty tahini, much easier than making my own. I use it to make hummus, but love the taste out of the can. It mixes well with a fork (because the oil separates). I must keep it refrigerated after opening."

"This is the only tahini I've used regularly. I've tried some others, but short of homemade, this one is the best, for me. I love the smooth texture, the nutty flavor, and sweet aroma. It's not too thin or too thick. You can pour off the oil before you stir it up (which takes some elbow grease!) to make it thicker if you'd like. My only complaint about this brand is it comes in a can which makes it difficult to stir up as it has an edge that sticks out over the interior after you pull the top off. What I do is pour the oil in to a bowl & then use a strong spoon to scoop out the solid chunk of sesame butter. Then I stir it up in the bowl & pour whatever I didn't use into a jar. I can't afford to buy the store made version at our local natural food store (of course they also charge too much for most things. No wonder most people can't afford to eat healthy!) so I am satisfied with this."
