"I *love* Kashi cereal, and this one is by far my favorite. It's crunchy, delicious, leaves you satisfied for hours and is packed with protein and fiber. It doesn't get any better than that :)
I like it so much that since I moved abroad, I still order this kind of cereal and have it internationally shipped to my place!
I also like Kashi Heart-to-Heart, and in the winter I like Nature's Path Organic Instant Oatmeal, the blueberry flavor (warm breakfast for cold winter days)."

"This cereal is pretty good, gives a good boost to the morning. The high protein and fiber fills me up and keeps me full for several hours. The taste is a bit bland, but I can add other things to it and it makes the cereal great. Cinnamon is tasty, and I love dried cranberries in it. Bananas and berries would be good, too.

Crunchy, though not sweet, it has a mild grainy flavor to it. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a very healthy cereal."

"This is an incredibly healthy cereal. For me, it's perfect to me on the sole basis that it's so good for you (low in fat, high in fiber and protein) and I'm not a fan of overly sweet cereal. A high protein and high fiber diet is a definite aid in weight loss but I eat it because it's healthy and delicious.

I can definitely see how some might not see it as sweet enough. It can take a few days to adjust. Luckily, though, fruit goes great in this cereal! berries, bananas, strawberries! it all works. I highly recommend it for people who want to be healthier and also to people who want to lose weight."
