"OK, if you aren't looking to have your breakfast cereal light up your life, this is very good cereal. Few gluten free cereals are exciting. This one has lots going for it, and if you live 20 miles from the nearest large grocery store, it's MUCH better than those carried locally."

"the box is empty! this cereal tastes great and is not too high in carbs. it also has protein, so has nice breakdown ratio of fats, carbs and proteins. it has a light cinnamon taste and is not overpoweringly sweet like some cereals are. eat it whenever.. breakfast, snack.. meal."
