KIND Nut Delight is delicious, all natural, gluten free, wheat and dairy free.
This healthy snack bar contains no trans fats, is a rich source of fiber, low in sodium and contains a low GI.

So delicious and so good for you! Packed with 'good fats,' omega-3s, antioxidants, fiber and slightly sweetened with honey. The premium almonds, peanuts, Brazil nuts and walnuts are high in dietary fiber, magnesium, copper, folic acid, vegetable protein, potassium, and vitamin E, all of which have been shown to be important for heart health Studies. Both almonds and walnuts have shown a beneficial effect on blood cholesterol levels. Walnuts in particular, are high in omega-3 fatty good for the heart and circulation.

"Originally these bars were all whole nuts and they were delicious. Recently crushed nuts have been introduced into the bars, and not only are they less tasty, but they are less crisp and crunchy. Too Bad.

They still taste better than most bars on the market."
