"For a natural, aluminum-zirconium free doedorant, it is excellent- definately stops odor but may need to be re-applied during the day if very active or during periods of detox. It goes very well with my chemistry whereas the crystal deoderants, Toms of Maine, and Jason brand (after they changed their formula a few years ago) did nothing for me. The only natural one I found so far that works. Note: All scents work equally effectively and are not really gender specific."
