"At first, this shampoo was amazing. The first two weeks I used it my hair felt great. I loved the scent and the way it left my hair squeaky clean. However, strangly enough, it basically stopped being as effective. My hair doesn't look clean after washing it anymore. It smells great, it still has the same feeling when I wash it, but it looks limp and unwashed. Instead of being able to go a day or two without washing my hair, I almost have to wash it twice a day to make it look decent. I'm rating this three stars only because it worked so well at first. I don't think I will ever buy this brand of shampoo again."

"First off- this is rated a 3 on the ewg website. I wish that I could find an affordable shampoo that is rated lower. However, for price and quality- this shampoo is WONDERFUL! I have VERY long, wavy, dry hair. By using this shampoo and the conditioner, my hair feels softer than it has in a very long time without a bunch of products on it afterwards. It is very easy to brush through my hair straight out of the shower. The scent is not over-powering. But most importantly, my hair FINALLY doesn't feel dry! I'll definitely be buying more."
