"I took the 2 capsules in the morning with a whey protein shake and 2 at night with a casein protein shake. Works great. You sleep great and see differences in your overall strength."

"I like this stuff, I would recommend cycling itwith something though. I am using Jungle Warfare with it. I have leaned up and feel great, not sure if it is the humanofort, but I like my results. 1 in the morning and 1 at night with cottage cheese and half a whey shake with water with extra glutamine. My body hasn't looked better, and I feel I have mae great progress in the recovery area. I have leaned up very well. My raining partner swears by it also."
