"A great tasting meal replacement providing a quick and concentrated source of high quality protein and essential nutrients.
I mix it in a blender with soy milk and ice cubes to make a thick shake. It also satisfies my urge for a desert,without the calories."

"I tried the Labrada vanilla shake as a meal replacement for energy before I work out, and really like it. It mixes up smooth and has a good vanilla flavor with no after-taste."

"I was surprised to see no one has ever reviewed this product, as I think it is great.

I have tried a lot of protein powders and meal replacements, and nothing compares to the taste of this. It is the best I have ever had.

Not only does it taste great, but I can mix this directly with water and it's still great. Normally I use some skim milk with my powders/meal replacements to add flavor and body, but that isn't needed with this.

I do a lot of research before buying my supplements and Labrada is a name I have learned to trust. They produce a consistent product, with high-quality, and I get results with them.

I continue to add muscle, stay in great shape, and this is one of the products that helps me do that.
