"I am very disappointed with this product. After spraying it on my hair and passing the flat iron through, it made my hair so stiff and stuck together that I could barely comb through it. I like this brand's shampoo and conditioner, they are great, but I am very dissatisfied with this product."

Lamas Hold Me Thermal Styling Spray Directions

Use on damp or dry hair as a protective thermal styling aid. Spray all over or section by section before using heat-activated styling tools. To finish styling, hold 8-10 inches away from hair and spray in short bursts to achieve desired firmness.

Ingredients: Alcohol denatl, water (aqua), VP/VA Copolymer, certified organic ethanol (and) water (and) lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil*, certified organic pelagonium graveolens (rose geranium) allplant essence*, arctium lappa root extract, betula alba (birch) bark extract, chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower extract, hydrolyzed algae extract, panthernol (vitamin B5), polysorbate 20, fragrance with essential oils.
