""Let's Do...Organic" Finely-Shredded, Unsweetened Organic Coconut Flakes are a tasty, healthy addition to a good diet. Coconut has a predominance of lauric acid, a medium-chain fatty acid which is -- amazingly -- good for you! I sprinkle this product on hot or cold cereal and utilize it in blender drinks. I love that it is organic and unsweetened, but still has that lovely coconut taste."
