"This lecithin tastes good, is easy to mix in foods (I put it in breakfast cereal) and, perhaps most importantly, is made from soy that is not genetically engineered. I'd prefer organic, but now that so much of non-organic soy is genetically modified, this is a real find."

"Brewer's yeast buds make the best protein shake ingredient for energy and a good meal substitue. With approx 1 3/4 cup low fat milk-sugar free jello (raspberry is best)1 tsp-1 frozen banana blend and start your day."

"it taste great strait, in salads, on hemp seeds, n i might try avocado tonight. taste like fried chicken skin to me. my husband tastes toast. we love it. incidentally, avocados are toxic to birds n cause liver failure, but brewer's yeast is an excellent source of protein n amino acids neccessary for good health, n shiny feathers."
