What is EstroCare? EstroCare is a cream with a wide spectrum of phytoestrogens as the active ingredients. What are phytoestrogens? . Phytoestrogens are plant-derived compounds that mimic an estrogen-like effect. Phytoestrogens are similar, but not identical to the estrogen manufactured in the body. They have an effect, which addresses most (but not all) of the same bodily functions as does the real estrogen hormone. EstroCare, which provides several types of phytoestrogens, offers a natural alternative to estrogen supplementation, which allopathic doctors usually prescribe in a synthetic form.
