Each full pump of Progesta-Care Plus dispenses 20 mg of natural, bio-identical progesterone combined with highly effective phytoestogens. Rotate the area of application between chest, abdomen, inner arms and thighs.

Menstruating Women: Apply once a day at bedtime on days 12 through 27 of your cycle or as recommended by your physician. Menopausal and Post-Menopausal Women: Apply once a day at bedtime for 25 consecutive days followed by a five-day break or as recommended by your physician.
