good for you but it's no too tasty.
It's kind of nausea indusing.
I used it twice could not continue to drink it. Maybe it just taste bad to me, who knows. The vanilla flavor of this brand taste good though."

"I have been looking for products to help me maintain and lose weight. This protein powder is very tasty and fullfeeling. i drink 1 in the every morning and it gives me the boost i need to start my day. I love it. I also have tried the vanilla flavor which is also great. My kids love it as well and i love the fact that i can give them this protein powder as a shake and they are getting great nutrients and vitamins. i recommend this product to evryone and will continue to buy it."
