Lifetime Liquid Acidophilus Strawberry and Vanilla Directions

For reinforcing and reestablishing the favorable intestinal flora in adults, two tablespoons between meals. For children, one tablespoonful between meals. Shake before opening, also clean and tighten cap after using. Best to refrigerate.
