"I ordered this product for my kids who are not big on Milk Products. This is a Calcium supplement with good ratio of Calcium to Magnesium, just the one I was looking for.
It has been several weeks and numerous unsucessful attempts trying to get them to take it. But they could not get this one down.. The texture and taste is almost too chalky for them..
It's to the point I can get them to drink milk rather than have this.
So, I've been using it myself. I have to swallow it quickly and gulp down a lot of water afterwards or it feels like a thick coating of chalk in my throat..
Can't comment on it's effectiveness since it's been only a few days of me taking it but no advese GI effects.."

"This product is an excellent way to get calcium and magnesium without having to try to swallow large pills that are dry and can easily be choked on. It also comes in a variety of flavors although I do prefer the orange vanilla as it mixes better with Carlsons lemon flavored fish oil."

"Ihave used this product for many years. It works well to keep me regular and to keep my bones strong. It does not taste chalky. Has a nice orange flavor. Also comes in Blueberry, Strawberry, Pina Colada and Lemon. Best Calcium supplement out there :)"
