"This is an excellent product, but tastes terrible. The peppermint gives it a bad toothpaste taste, impossible to drink with water alone. Tolerable when drank with OJ or other juice, but still doesn't go down too easily. The other formula by Lily of the Desert is a similar recipe but has a much milder taste, a bit more expensive though. It can be given to exotic birds, whereas this one cannot due to the burdock root. Think I'll stick with the other one. For best results, people should take it for 2 months once or twice a year (dosage as recommended). Birds should be given the other ("80") formula for 2-3 weeks once or twice a year (half aloe and half water instead of water alone for drinking)."

"This product is a very good detox of the digestive tract per experience and the report from my Naturopathic Medicine Doctor.

It takes a bit getting use to but you learn to like the taste. Make sure to refrigerate and shake before serving!"

"To be fair in need to add I dont have anything to compare this product too. The results didnt come untill the end of the usage Maybe I should have taken the maximum dosage! I am a big believer in the benifits of Aloe Vera. I am going to try a colon cleanse next time to see if I get better results. One thing that help me get this stuff down was to mix it with some OJ dont sip it you gotta chug it down!"
